All Solutions Network (Scam or really good opportunity?)

I've had this info for years, and haven't done much with this. Basically it's a website full of links to other websites like Walmart, Best Buy, etc. Kind of like google without the search engine. When you sign up, and share the website and someone clicks on any link, you supposedly get a cut of the sale. It's not a very big cut, but something's better than nothing (if you're hurting for cash like most hard working people). There is no cost to share this website, and it's not a scam (let me know if it is).
